Am new to this site!! Its great!!

Was wondering if there are any other Mums out there with two babies under two. One little girl born 4/5/07 and one born 29/4/08 so I have my hands full but I it.

Was hoping some other Mums who have been in my situation might be able to give some advice on how not to make the older bub feel left out while nursing the younger bub!!

Would really appreciate the input!!

I had two under two (eldest is now 2.5). There's 14 months between them, so not quite as close as yours, but i kinda know how crazy you must be feeling right now LOL!!!

We were lucky in that our eldest isn't a jealous type, and because he was so young when his brother arrived, we didn't face too many issues.

Things i found helped though, was to always make sure that #1 is set up with food, drink, snacks and an activity/dvd before you sit down to do a feed- otherwise they might take that opportunity to start nagging at you LOL!

Also, we bought a baby doll for our eldest too, so when i was feeding his brother or changing/bathing etc. then he could get his doll and do the same... that was our theory anyway, he was too little to really do that in hindsight, but loved having his own baby! When we go for #3 i'm hoping to do the same as my two will be alot older then.

I did my best to set up good sleeping habits as early as i could for #2, so quite quickly i had them both taking a nap at the same time... i'd so recommend that if you can manage it- that time out for me was so needed and such a relief!!!
