How to dress and change a wriggly baby? Any ideas?

I have this baby who refuses to sit still when I am trying to change her nappy or clothes. It is infuriating and leads to quite a ridiculous scenario where I am screaming at this tiny person who can't scream back because they can't even talk yet!
Does anybody have any tips on how to stop the wriggles and crawling away during change time?

hello!! have you tried putting a mobile over the table? or maybe instigat a game of peek a boo telling her to cover her eyes and then pull a different silly face each time she counts to ten an uncovers her eyes! :) good luck they can certainly be squirmy!

I have taken to changing her when its bottle time, that way she at least sits still while her bottle is full. It doesn't solve the problem of change times between feeds though! Thanks for the tip

I have a great frog hanging over the change table. It's on a really long spring and my son holds the frogs legs (which are 30cm long and thin) and then lets him go at various parts of songs I sing. He thinks its hilarious and doesn't even realise I'm changing him. =)(ps. the frog was from Chem-mart in SA $10)
